A gem in Krakow! 🏰

Thanks to the chommies at reception, we found some lekker local spots to explore! The room was dik brekkie nice, comfy and super clean. The restaurant had a great brekkie spread, such variety—couldn't ask for more!

The sauna was a bit basic, could do with a bit of an upgrade.

The hotel was absolutely lovely with a very well run establishment.

During my stay, I encountered significant issues with the housekeeping. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, which was quite unsatisfactory for a hotel of this caliber. the coffee options in the room were inadequate, limited to instant coffee and a small kettle, which didn't meet my expectations for a comfortable stay.

if only the hot water in shower could decide if it wanted to scald or not, it woudl have been a delight. don’t get me started on the lack of privacy, the glass door doesn’t help. i expected an upgrade for my troubles but clearly, they reserve that for ‘special’ guests. disappointed, to say the least.

Had a fab night with friends! The room was super clean and bright. The breakfast was sooo good, they had everything from pastries to eggs. The staff was friendly and made us feel like VIPs. Only thing was, the bar got a bit crowded, but it was all good vibes.

We loved the location, just a stone's throw from the bustling market square while still quiet enough to relax. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing us with a quick check-in and helpful tips for exploring the area. Breakfast had a great variety, and the room was not only modern but also comfortable with excellent amenities.

I had a great stay, especially loved the spacious room with a stunning bathroom and enjoyed delicious meals at the underrated restaurant. the breakfast area felt cramped and could use some tweaks. Would definitely return!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room. The bed was super comfortable with extra pillows. The lighting and AC were easy to control. The shower and bathroom were well-equipped, and the closet provided ample space. an excellent experience! 😊

I was blown away by the size and comfort of my Double Room! With lots of pillows and a beautiful modern bathroom featuring heated floors, it felt like a true retreat. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered everything from fresh fruit to hot dishes – the perfect way to kick off a day of exploring!
